- How long we allow things to drag us down
- How we decide to take care of ourselves
- How we treat other's
- Spending time with people who really matter to us
Spending our time and energy only on what we can control sounds easy, however is really hard to do. We all worry about what others think, what may or may not happen, or why someone else got that role that you were perfect for.
Wasted energy is exhausting and distracting. Find something that will allow these thoughts to flow through without too much pause. Understand more, if something you can learn for next time. Spend your energy on what you can influence and what really matters.
